The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) plays a very important role in helping our neighborhood maintain our property values.  Twice a year the committee will walk the neighborhood to verify each home owner is in compliance with our Architectural Standards.  Those found out of compliance will be notified in writing and asked to correct the non compliant item.  The committee also approves home requests for changes to their home or property.  This strict standard enables each home owner to be assured their homes value will maintain it’s worth.
